Ayurvedic Medicines require discretionary Use

Discretion (in Hindi 'Vivek') is needed while taking Ayruvedic medicines as well. Just like any other medicines, their in-discretionary and prolonged use can have drastic side effects.

As most Ayurvedic medicines have high levels of heavy metals like Mercury, Arsenic (which give the medicines a Bitter taste) and iron (given them iron like taste) if taken without discretion can cause major damage to body's vital organs (Kidney failure is the most common).
