Women in Uttarakhand get 25 percent stamp duty exemption in Property.

The Uttarakhand Budget 2013 has given 25% duty exemption to women in property deals valued up to Rs 30 lakh. The exemption is in the Stamp duty, that's money which has to be paid to the Government.
