The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test or UTET-2011 or UTET -1, Result is expected to be declared before November 15 2011. The Education Department is already busy finalizing the Result. The Uttarakhand Education Minister Mr. Matbar Singh Kandari has given statement in this regard in the state cabinet.

That apart, the department has accepted the mistakes in the UTET 2011 question paper. The marks for 5 disputed questions will now be awarded to all candidates.

Notably, Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee, the body who conducted the UTET1, has to bear with the sharp attack of the candidates for discrepancies in some questions. The candidates brought to the UBTER notice at least five questions, which had more than one correct answers. The marks for these 5 disputed questions will now be awarded to all candidates.

These are the questions:

-- Those who marked option A for question number 39, in the first language Hindi, will be awarded ONE mark.

-- Those who marked option A OR C for question number 48, in the first language Hindi, will both be awarded mark.

-- Those who marked option B or D for question number 79, in the second language Sanskrit, will both be awarded mark.

-- Those who chose the second language Urdu, will be awarded mark for Question number 64, printed incorrectly.
