Uttarakhand Employment Exchange ONLINE registration and renewal NOT ACTIVE

If you are planning to register yourself or renew your previous registration at any of Uttarakhand's employment exhanges; then DO NOT USE the online Registration and Renewal options at Directorate of Training & Employment, Govt. of Uttarakhand (India), website.

To be specific, these are the two links:

Online Registration link (For new Registration Click on 'New Job Seeker' on Top Right of Menu)

Renewal Registration link

These two links, will open normally and will allow to you to complete the entire process. You will also be given a unique identity number, username and password; with the instructions of taking, in person, your original certificates at the Employment exchange of your choice,with in 15 days, and thereby mention the unique identification number and get your documents verified.

But, on reaching the employment exchange, you will be informed that THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL AT UTTARAKHAND EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGES IS NOT ACTIVE SINCE JUNE 2010. You will be made to fill the same form again, this time on paper, along with the photostat of all the required documents.

Hence, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME, BY FILLING Uttarakhand Employment Exchange Registration and Renewal forms ONLINE. Go to your nearest Uttarakhand Employment exchange personally, fill the paper form there, get your original documents verified; enclose the photocopies(no need for attestation) of required documents along with the form, and submit it.

NOTE: We personally called the Directorate of Training & Employment, Govt. of Uttarakhand (India) Office, near Director, Uttarakhand & West Uttar Pradesh Geo-spatial Data Centre, Survey of India, 17 E.C. Road, DehraDun, and the office confirmed the inactive status of the registration and renewal links online since June 2010. The lady answering our call, said that, the notification in this regard was also made in local newspapers.

Hence personally visit the Uttarakhand Employment exchanges nearest to you for registration and renewal.

    Sir I registered in August 2013 at ranikhet n it z valid till August 2016 so can I renew it at dehradun employment exchange??

    Bhawana, We think you can do so. If you're at Dehradun, why not visit the Dehradun Employment exchange in person.

    Sir how much time it takes to complete the full process?
    I tried calling the dehradun employment exchange office but no response.

    Hi Nitesh,

    I think, it's functional now. But from the information we gathered so far, unnecessary delays are taking p[lace, sometimes for minor mistakes made by the applicant while fining. That's why, we recommend you to visit the Employment Exchange in person during work days, with all the necessary documents. It takes just a few minutes to half a day.

    Sir online registration mein jo registrations number hume milega kya same usi registration number ka employment card hume milega ya fir usme kuch change hoga. for example maine online registration kiya to mujhe mera registration number UA125400T2354 something like that mila.. to kya yahi registration number ka employment card mujhe milega baad mein jab approve ho jayega ya fir isme se kuch change ho jayega.. jainse online registration number ke beech me se T hat jayega kyunki jo employment card direct wahi jakar bante hain unke beech me T etc kuch nahi hota bas shuru mein UA hota hai aur fir kuch numbers.. Plz reply on the spot.. kyunki mujhe koi online form bhrna hai jisme apna online wala employment card registration ka number main mention kar raha hoon..

    @Ayush

    As per our information, the official document only says -- "You can go the Employment Exchange of your area". Employment Exchanges are a means of maintaining a database for the entire state, hence irrespective of where you register will make no difference. As your employment id will be unique (we assume). Mention Rishikesh as your permanent address.
