UBSE should declare UTET_1 soon: Nainital High Court
The Honorable Nainital High Court has ordered the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE), to declare the UTET_1 or UTET 2011 result in an exigent manner.
Notably, some of the UTET_1 candidates have filed a petition in Honorable Nainital High Court, against UBSE not declaring the results of those candidates who have secured less than 50 percent marks in their Graduation. The honorable High Court has found UBSE's action non-conforming to the existing laws.
