HNB Garhwal University Admission Announcement 2012-13

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand - 246174, has released the Admission 2012-13 Notification. The Central Government University invites applications in prescribed forms for admission to the following programmes:

1) MA/MSc/MCom, LLM, MPharma, MCA/MSW

2) PG Diploma Program (2 Semesters)

3) MPhil

4) PhD

Mode of Selection: Admission through Entrance Test

How to Apply:

1) Applciation forms can be otained from the cash counter of the University OR by post from the Office of The Coordinator, Entrance Test, Administrative Block, HNB Garhwal University, Srinanager Garhwal 246174, Uttarakhand, with the bank proof (bank receipt/counter foil in original) of prescribed fee and a self addressed envelope (size 30cm X 22cm). Request for application form must be superscribed on teh envelope "Request for teh Application forms for admission 2012(Course Name)".

2) Applciation Form(s)can be downlaoded from teh university website, which can be sent to the University with the proof of deposited prescribed fee.

Application-cum-Examination Fee: Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST/PH) for MPhil/PhD and Rs 250/- (Rs 150/- for SC/ST/PH) for other programs. Add Rs. 50, if the Application form is requested by Post.


How to Deposit Application fee: Deposit fee in the University Account No. 31568231443 in the name of Power Jyoti Current Account of State Bank of India, Srinagar-Garhwal, Uttarakhand ( IFSC code: SBIN 0010583) from any computerized branch of State back of India or by Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, HNB Garhwal university payable at Srinagar –Garhwal, Uttarakhand.

Centres for Entrance Exams: Dehradun, Pauri, Srinagar Garhwal, Roorkee,Tehri, Haldwani, New Delhi and Lucknow.

Important Dates:

Availability of Applicaton Forms along with informaton broucher from Cash Counter, Administrative Block, HNB Garhwal University/Downloading of prospectus-cum-application form from the University website: May 28, 2012 to June 16, 2012

Last Date for the receipt of duly filled application forms: June, 23 2012

Duly completed applications forms should be sent by Registered/Speed Post to:
