Nainital High Court removes Stay on Vishisht BTC Recruitment
Surely a news which many many youths in Uttarakhand were waiting for.
The Honorable Nainital High Court has removed the December 23, 2011 stay on recruitment of 2253 Vishisht BTC teachers in the state.
The Court has adjudged the December 14, 2012 Vishisht BTC Recruitment Notification valid and in consequence abolished the stay December 23, 2012 stay.
The HC has ordered the Government to quickly complete the recruitment process.
The Education Secretary Uttarakhand Government, Manisha Panwar has said that the Recruitment process will start soon.
