Those interested can get the Application form cum prospectus for Entrance Examination, FOR FREE, from the Offices of NEAREST:

How to Submit the duly filled application forms: The duly filled application forms should be submitted ONLY at the Offices of Block Education Officers (Khand Shiksha Adhikari) OR Deputy District School Inspectors (Up Jila Vidyalaya Nireekshak).

The last date of submission of duly filled application forms at the office of Block Education Officers (Khand Shiksha Adhikari) is 31 October 2011.
