Search for Meditation Classes in Rishikesh, only when you are prepared for effort

Written by Anil Singh

Many people come to Rishikesh, to get one thing -- Peace of mind.

No wonder, meditation classes in Rishikesh, Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, are so popular among tourists.

But, before you confuse relaxation with meditation, here's a small definition:

Relaxation can't be confused with mediation; as while Relaxation, which can be achieved sitting in some serene location reading a book or listening to one's favorite music, offers temporary relief; Meditation if learned well and practiced regularly, offers not only relaxation but also higher levels of awareness.

But, don't stress your brain too much with ultimate awareness and "cool as cucumber" state of mind too much; as meditation needs, some tangible effort from your side as well.

Unless you are prepared for meditation classes in Rishikesh or elsewhere; settling with river rafting, bungee jumping, sightseeing, yoga and satsangs (sitting with good men sharing good thoughts) in Rishikesh can be equally relaxing momentarily.
