When does your IGNOU registration for a particular Course ends? How to know when an IGNOU Course requires re-registration? Here is the Answer.

This applies to re-registration for any of the two reasons: 1) IGNOU Re-registration for the upcoming semester; OR 2) IGNOU Re-registration for the courses/subjects whose 2 year validity period has expired. How To Calculate when you must submit your re-registration form : Say you're planning to take June 2016 TEE. Then you've to re-register for the said course(s) or semester, right NOW. That's July-December 2015 Semester. In short, you have to re-register in the previous Semester. For instance, Say you're planning to take December 2016 TEE instead, then you must re-register in January-June 2016 Semester. Since the registration for a course or Semester is valid for 2 years, hence here's how you can calculate up to when your previous registration is valid. The TEEs which you will be able to appear in by re-registering NOW (July 2015 Semester OR July-December 2015 Semester) for January 2016 Semester will be : June 2016 TEE, December 2016 TEE, June 2017 TEE, and December 2017 TEE. Re-registration for January 2016 Semester August 01 - October 01  2015 ---- No LATE FEE October 03 - 31  2015 ---- Rs 200 LATE FEE November 01 - 30  2015 ---- Rs 500 LATE FEE December 01 - 20  2015 ---- Rs 1000 LATE FEE NOTE: The re-registration form is submitted in IGNOU Regional Centre.
