Injustice with Uttarakhand VDO Exam Aspirants

The Examination conducting body of Uttarakhand Village Development Officer (VDO) Exam' OR 'Uttarakhand Gram Panchayat Vikas Adhikari Pareeksha, to be held on October 21, 2012, has disappointed many candidates.

The reason for this disappointment is: The Application forms of many VDO aspirants have been rejected

One of the main reason for this rejection is : 'Computer Diploma not Attached'.

This is Beyond Logic:

The requirement of a Computer Diploma (DOEACC O Level Diploma) for the VDO exam is totally ILLOGICAL; when the eligibility for the exam is class 12th.

Making DOEACC O Level Diploma an ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION means that the examination conducting body, already supposed that graduates will be applying for the VDO job. This, I'm afraid, is an OVER-SUPPOSITION.

That apart, if the examination body, had already made its mind regarding this; then for what purpose they kept the eligibility class 12th. As those who have DOEACC O Level Certificate, will be in graduation or have completed graduation.

Ideally, no fresh class 12th pass out can have a DOEACC O Level Diploma.

There are still 10 days left for the exam, the examination body can rectify their mistake.
